I am looking for a natural remedy for bone spur associated with plantar fascitis. Anyone know what works?

Sorry to hear this. I had P.F. and know how painful it is. I tried acupuncture, chiropractic, and podiatry, all to no avail.

Finally, I went to a rolfer. Poof, no more P.F. Seriously!!! It isn't necessarilly just a problem in the foot. The root of my problem was in the pelvic cradle.

If you pursue this route, do make sure that the Rolfer you choose is certified through the Ida Rolf Institute.
