is there a treatment for bone spur's?
Answer:
For the most part they have to be removed surgically. However, it depends on what is causing the bone spur in the first place. Bones spurs are usually caused by excess pressure placed on a bone by tendons or ligaments, like for instance the plantar fascia in the bottom of the foot. By decreasing this pressure by stretching the muscles you can cause a decrease in the bone spur, or more importantly, the pain associated with it.
